X-TREME Pro e-commerce can apply double-sided tape to flat or corrugated cardboard packaging that has already been die-cut, with a maximum width of 1600 mm and a maximum thickness of 15 mm.
X-treme Pro e-commerce offers the possibility to install up to 2 applicators of your choice between 60 and 100 mm + another 4 applicators between 30, 60 and 100 mm, individually controllable via a touchscreen to ensure greater flexibility in every process.
The patented applicator applies 2 strips of double-sided adhesive tape + tear tape (unwound by a motorised unwinder) in a single pass at a maximum application speed of 80m/min.
The integrated X-TREME Pro e-commerce software allows you to save parameters for up to 100 different jobs. It works exclusively with electricity, without the need for compressed air.
