Water based dispersion adhesive

3M Scotch-Weld water-based adhesives are mainly used in furniture manufacturing: chipboard, MDF, plywood, insulation panels.

Versatile and solvent-free, water-based adhesives meet environmental requirements and user comfort, making them an excellent alternative to traditional solvent-based adhesives.

Water-based adhesives offer ideal solutions in terms of speed and hold for bonding lightweight materials such as foams, upholstery and rock wool, as well as materials with low surface energy and excellent thermal bonding resistance.

From an economic point of view, they are a more advantageous solution, as they reduce storage and disposal costs because they are non-flammable in liquid form and have zero or low VOC values.

3M™ Fastbond 2000NF contact adhesive: a two-component, water-based dispersion product with a high solids content. Immediate bonding and handling even without forced drying, offering high strength and temperature resistance.

3M™ Fastbond™ 30NF contact adhesive: high-strength water-dispersible adhesive characterised by high coverage, immediate fixing strength, long life and good heat resistance. Bonds many types of foam plastics, plastic laminates, wood, plywood, veneered wood, plaster and canvas, either to themselves or to each other. Creates a very strong, high-temperature-resistant bond with a fixing time of up to 4 hours. Can be applied by spray, brush or roller.
