3M 9528W Double Sided Foam Tape is a double sided adhesive polyethylene foam with a closed cell structure and a density of 95 kg/m³ with a rubber adhesive. It is a high setting adhesive suitable for lower performance applications.

It features good holding power, resistance to solvents and high temperatures, and optimal adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, including low surface energy plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Furthermore, it also adheres well to non-polar substrates.
