Can I place an order as a private person?
Yes it is possible to place an order as a private person by providing personal information and Tax Code where requested during purchase.
What are the shipping costs?

What are Tapes Store's target customers?

What files should I send you to receive a sample?
If you need a laser cut sample, we need the technical drawing in .dxf or .dwg format, if you do not have the following files the following .ai or .pdf formats might also be fine

Can I change the goods I ordered?
When you make an online purchase you are practically entering into a contract, n there is, in fact, no right to exchange and if it is generally practiced it is only as a courtesy of the merchants. Once the purchase has been concluded, payment made, and the product delivered, the user has no express right of second thoughts, and there is no cause or just cause to impose it. Is it possible to purchase particular roll sizes?
It is possible to make special roll cuts starting from the master roll size, again if the type of material allows it. It is possible to make rolls up to the minimum size of 3.5 mm.

Is there a double-sided adhesive for pasting car emblems?
Yes there is a double-sided adhesive used for the automotive industry and beyond. The family usually used is the VHB series from 3M, we can sell it in rolls cut to size but we can also make custom shapes from the graphic file.

How can I place an order?
